Safety Rebuilt: Compound Trauma Recovery

Coaching Services
Home with Jana Coaching provides trauma recovery coaching services, educational materials, group support, and coaching programs designed for adults recovering from relationship abuse and physical violation.
Services may include:

Individual coaching sessions

Group coaching sessions
-
Online educational materials
-
Downloadable worksheets and resources
-
Private community access
Coaching Is Not Therapy
I am a coach and educator, not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, social worker, or medical professional.
Coaching services:

Do not diagnose mental health conditions
-
Do not treat mental illness
-
Do not provide medical advice
-
Do not replace therapy or crisis services
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 988 or contact emergency services in your area immediately.
Client Responsibility
You acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative process requiring your active participation.
Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.
You remain fully responsible for your choices, actions, decisions, and outcomes.
Program Fees and Billing
The Safety Rebuilt program requires a minimum three-month commitment.
Current pricing:

Weekly Coaching Program: $1,297 per month
After the initial three-month commitment, clients may:

Continue month-to-month at the current coaching rate
-
Move to a bi-weekly coaching plan ($697 per month, subject to availability)
-
Graduate while retaining access to purchased course materials
Payments are processed automatically through approved payment providers, including PayPal and Stripe.
Cancellation Policy
After the initial three-month commitment period, clients may cancel with thirty (30) days written notice.
Cancellation requests must be sent to:
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy
Because immediate access is provided to digital materials, worksheets, downloads, and coaching resources, all sales are final.
No refunds are provided for:

Partial months

Missed coaching sessions

Failure to complete the program

Unused coaching time
Scheduling and Attendance
Coaching sessions are scheduled through the designated scheduling platform.
Clients may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours notice.
Sessions missed without sufficient notice may be forfeited.
Confidentiality
Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential.
However, confidentiality may be limited when disclosure is required by law, including situations involving:

Court orders or legal requirements
Right to Refuse or Terminate Services
Home with Jana Coaching reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if a client engages in:

Disruptive actions that interfere with coaching services
In such cases, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
