Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 12 oz can frozen strawberry daiquiri mix or frozen strawberries
  • 1 2-liter bottle lemon-lime soda (Sprite or 7UP), chilled
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 cup ice optional, or serve over ice
  • Fresh lemon slices and strawberries for garnish

Method

  1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the thawed lemonade concentrate and strawberry daiquiri mix (or frozen strawberries). Stir in 2 cups of cold water until well mixed.
  2. Slowly pour in the chilled lemon-lime soda. Stir gently to combine. The soda adds bubbles, so avoid over-mixing to keep it fizzy.
  3. Add fresh lemon slices and sliced strawberries for a festive look. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill and let the flavors blend.
  4. Pour over ice into glasses and serve immediately, or keep chilled until ready to serve.

Notes

Notes & Tips

  • Make it ahead: Mix everything but the soda. Add the soda right before serving to preserve the fizz.
  • Add a frozen twist: Use frozen strawberries instead of fresh to keep the punch cold without diluting it.
  • Want it pinker? Add a splash of cranberry juice for extra color.
  • Adult version: Add a splash of vodka, rum, or sparkling rosé for a grown-up twist.
