In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
Hold each pretzel rod by one end and dip the top half into the melted chocolate. Gently tap off the excess.
While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the pretzel with patriotic sprinkles. Optional: drizzle red and blue candy melts over the top for extra flair.
Place dipped rods on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Let them sit at room temperature for 15–20 minutes, or pop them in the fridge for faster setting.
Once set, serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
