This easy Patriotic Ice Cream Sandwich Cake is the perfect Memorial Day dessert! Made with ice cream sandwiches, whipped topping, strawberries, blueberries, and chocolate syrup, this frozen no-bake dessert is perfect for summer cookouts and parties.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 ice cream sandwiches
  • 1 container 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup chocolate syrup
  • optional: patriotic sprinkles

Method
 

Step 1: Layer the Ice Cream Sandwiches
  1. Place half of the ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Spread half of the whipped topping over the sandwiches.
  3. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  4. Top with strawberries and blueberries.
Step 2: Repeat the Layers
  1. Add another layer of ice cream sandwiches.
  2. Top with remaining whipped topping.
  3. Decorate with extra berries and patriotic sprinkles.
Step 3: Freeze
  1. Freeze for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Slightly soften the ice cream sandwiches for easier layering.
  • Use homemade whipped cream if preferred.
  • Crushed Oreos or graham crackers make a delicious topping.
