No-Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs about 10–12 full crackers
  • cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
Filling
  • 14 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 7 oz heavy cream
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Prepare the crust – In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill while preparing filling.
  2. Whip the cream – In a cold mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  3. Mix the filling – In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  4. Combine – Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  5. Chill – Spread filling evenly over prepared crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
  6. Serve – Slice, top with fresh fruit, chocolate shavings, or caramel drizzle, and enjoy!
