Frozen Yogurt Bark with Strawberries & Chocolate Chips

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt for extra sweetness
  • 2 –3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries chopped
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Prep pan – Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix yogurt base – In a bowl, stir together yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Spread – Pour yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread evenly to about ½ inch thick.
  4. Top it off – Sprinkle chopped strawberries and mini chocolate chips evenly over the yogurt.
  5. Freeze – Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
  6. Break into pieces – Once frozen, break into bark-style pieces. Keep stored in a freezer-safe container until ready to enjoy.
