Ingredients

  • 8 vanilla ice cream sandwiches store-bought
  • ½ cup red white, and blue sprinkles
  • Optional: ¼ cup vanilla frosting or melted white chocolate to help sprinkles stick if sandwiches are too frozen

Instructions

  • Remove from packaging and work quickly to prevent melting.
  • Let sit for 1–2 minutes if too hard to roll.
  • For extra stickiness, gently spread a thin layer of frosting or melted white chocolate around the sides.
  • Pour sprinkles into a shallow dish and roll the sides of each sandwich to coat.
  • Place decorated sandwiches on a tray and return to the freezer for 15–20 minutes until set.
  • Serve chilled. For parties, wrap in parchment or wax paper and tie with twine for a cute presentation.
