8 vanilla ice cream sandwiches store-bought ½ cup red white, and blue sprinkles Optional: ¼ cup vanilla frosting or melted white chocolate to help sprinkles stick if sandwiches are too frozen

Remove from packaging and work quickly to prevent melting.
Let sit for 1–2 minutes if too hard to roll.
For extra stickiness, gently spread a thin layer of frosting or melted white chocolate around the sides.
Pour sprinkles into a shallow dish and roll the sides of each sandwich to coat.
Place decorated sandwiches on a tray and return to the freezer for 15–20 minutes until set.
Serve chilled. For parties, wrap in parchment or wax paper and tie with twine for a cute presentation.
