Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients. Mix until well combined (don’t overmix).
- Transfer mixture into the loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- In a small bowl, mix together all glaze ingredients. Spread evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake uncovered for 50–60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

- Use 80/20 ground beef for a juicier meatloaf.
- You can swap breadcrumbs for crushed crackers or rolled oats.
- For extra depth of flavor, sauté the onion and garlic before adding them to the meat mixture.
