Meatloaf: 2 lbs ground beef 80/20 1 small onion finely chopped 2 cloves garlic minced 1 cup breadcrumbs 2 large eggs ½ cup milk ¼ cup ketchup 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp dried thyme ½ tsp dried parsley Glaze: ⅓ cup ketchup 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp mustard

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients. Mix until well combined (don’t overmix).
Transfer mixture into the loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
In a small bowl, mix together all glaze ingredients. Spread evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake uncovered for 50–60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Recipe Notes
Use 80/20 ground beef for a juicier meatloaf.
You can swap breadcrumbs for crushed crackers or rolled oats.
For extra depth of flavor, sauté the onion and garlic before adding them to the meat mixture.
